An Introduction to Fine Dining Chef Richard Bramble

For those that did not have the opportunity to meet our lovely chef Richard Bramble at the launch, an introduction:

Richard’s love of food and cookery began when he was at school and had a Saturday job as a kitchen porter.  He loved the hustle and bustle of the kitchen and was inspired to create food that taste amazing and is spectacular to look at.

“I quickly realised that local and fresh is very important to me and am committed to the ‘field to fork’ concept,” says Richard.  “I also want to make healthy, great tasting food accessible to everyone and share my passion for fine food, in the home and on the street, not just in expensive restaurants.”

Having developed a broad range of skills from working in different restaurants, Richard felt it was time to launch his own business when he had a chance meeting with Tina Riley from Modern Homes.

“We realised straight away that we shared the same commitment to good food and the idea for Yes Chef Dining came together very quickly,” adds Richard.

“I love the freedom that Yes Chef Dining gives me to explore my own interest in developing new flavours and bringing unusual ingredients to the table.

“It is very exciting to be working with the Modern Homes team, we have so many ideas of how to bring fine dining to more people.  We know that couples and families don’t go out to eat as much as they did and are excited about introducing them to the possibilities of creating an even better dining experience in their own homes.”
